Step 2: We will review your request and respond with questions within 48 hours.
Step 3: Once we have an understanding of your needs, we will put together options from our network of suppliers.
Step 4: If you like something we find for you, we will send you a Sourcing Agreement with purchase details including equipment price, shipping fee and SciMercor's sourcing fee (10%). Remember that if you find a better deal, we will reduce our fee accordingly, or you can buy the item from someone else and not owe us anything.
Step 5: If you decide to go ahead with the purchase, you will sign the Sourcing Agreement and fax it back to 206.217.5551. If you decide not to go ahead with the purchase, for whatever reason, you owe us nothing, and we'll hope to try another search for you in the future!
Step 6: When we receive the signed Sourcing Agreement back, we will send an Introductory Letter to the supplier. The supplier will then contact you to finalize purchase and delivery instructions.
Step 7: SciMercor will send you an invoice for our sourcing fee. Once payment is received, we will contact the supplier to ship the equipment to you.
Step 8: We will be your point of contact throughout the delivery and installation phases, to insure that it all goes smoothly. If you are having any concerns about your purchase, call us and we will take care of it for you.
